Returns and Cancellations
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable tot accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the returned of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, included shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 505-771-0206 for return instructions.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws,we may ship wine to any state with a reciprocal wine shipping policy.
Shipping costs are calculated on distance and weight and include all handling and delivery charges. For your convenience we select carriers based upon the best value they provide while also maintaining a high level of service quality. Should you prefer to ship other than ground delivery, please contact us.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature. We may choose to delay shipment due to extreme, or non-ideal, weather conditions. In the event of such a delay, we will contact you.
